I’ve had a lot of experience as a producer and project manager of interactive projects. I was director of operations for CustomMade.com, a subscription platform website that provided listings for custom woodworkers. I came to CustomMade after first serving as a freelance consultant to transform the original, stale and static site into a dynamically-driven, transactional website. In that role I acted as project manager and information architect, as well as content producer. Later I came on board full time, bringing CustomMade up to speed for their next level of development.

Prior to that, I worked for more than three years at ISM, an advertising agency of more than 50 people serving the travel, lifestyle and hospitality vertical. I produced email and banner campaigns, multimedia and video projects and served as producer and project manager of new and existing websites.
Clients whose projects I worked on during my time there include, American Express Travel Services, Barbados Tourism Authority, Best Western Hotels, Mayakoba Resort, Abercrombie & Kent Resorts, Emirates, MassPort, to name a few. I also produced several internal ISM projects including ISMs, the ISM monthly newsletter.
